I am Ogiji Emmanuel, known professionally as Mr. Beulah — Founder, CEO, and lead developer of Beulahkum Concepts Ltd, a Nigerian fintech company I built from the ground up to bring African-focused digital financial products to life.

Based in Abuja, FCT, I operate at the intersection of technology and finance — writing production code by day, leading product strategy by night, and always keeping one eye on the horizon of what Africa's financial future could look like.

My flagship product, BeulahPay, is a Progressive Web App redefining how Nigerians interact with money — from voice-powered payments to community savings circles. I don't just build products; I build systems that tell a story.
